Of all the stops on the Pow Wow Trail, the Denver March Pow Wow is, for many people, the one with special meaning.
While not the first pow wow on the calendar, it is the first gathering for many a time for escaping the winter doldrums, shaking off cabin fever, making new friends and seeing old friends for the first time in a new year. And, it retains a traditional feeling that is rare among urban pow wows.
