Morgan County trailer frame manufacturer announces expansion

MORGAN COUNTY -- Lippert Components, a manufacturer that makes trailer frames for recreational vehicles and Fleetwood RVs, is adding another 15,000 square feet to its existing plant at the Morgan County "522" Industrial Park. 0 Bill Clark, Morgan County economic development director, said the plant used to span 35,000 square feet before the expansion.
"They've been at the industrial park for two years," Clark said. "This park is 11 miles south of Berkeley Springs and Lippert is the only manufacturer there, now."
With 70 more acres left to Morgan County "522" Industrial Park, six acres also have been sold to a Japanese firm, Ten Corp., which, at some point in the near future, plans to build ...
