In last month's Synergy News we reported on Agenda for Change - the Government's proposals to reform the current pay, conditions of service and career structures for NHS staff. Our report covered the background to the talks and how The Society is involved on your behalf. Much of this work will be done in working groups which will report directly to the Central Negotiating Group (CNG) on which The SoR has a full seat. They work within a clearly defined remit, and with an emphasis on joint working rather than negotiation. This month we look at the remits of the working groups and the progress of work so far.
