The future is now. What once seemed so far away -the 21st Century-is here. Where does the Army Reserve stand now and where are we going at this threshold of a new Millennium. The Army Reserve is ready to make its mark on this Millennium, thanks to the hard work and sacrifices of many. I thank the Reserve Officers Association for what it has done and continues to do for the Army Reserve and for our country.
