Home Health Professionals, Inc., is committed to providing families with highquality care. Home Health Professionals is a privately owned, private duty home care agency, founded by co-owners Thomas Unger, ACSW, and Patricia Slayton, MSN, ANP.

The term "private duty" is delineated as not being a Medicare facility. Not funded by the federal government, Home Health Professionals, Inc. has freedom to provide things Medicare agencies can't. "One of those is incredible flexibility given the wishes of the family. As long as it's medically safe and reasonable, we're going to work with the family to design a plan of care that includes their wishes," said Unger.
