Recently, Stevie Wonder was among celebrities who receive honors at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts annual salute for contributions to American culture and arts that aired on CBS-TV Networks.
While millions all over the world celebrate the national holiday of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., who gave his life for equality, few in this generation realize that Motown's musical legend Stevie Wonder played an important role in helping Congress to vote into law a holiday celebrating the life and contribution of Dr. King, known as the "Drum Major of Justice."
