High Real Estate Group plans to develop a roughly $25 million shopping center in Swatara Township, Dauphin County, off the Lindle Road exit of Route 283.

The complex's buildings would have about 350,000 square feet, which would be more than onethird the size of the Harrisburg East Mall.

The shopping center would have two or three anchor tenants - possibilities include department stores, big-box stores that dominate specific categories of retail, a home-improvement store and a grocery store, said H.
