Q: How would you define CIVC panel processing?
A: CNC panel processing is the method of taking the panel and processing it on CNC equipment for speed and ease. It sounds simple, but isn't. There are four basic groups of machines to cut it, edgeband it, drill it and assemble it.
To integrate all four of those machines together is the ultimate. That's where you take a single program and move the panel to the cutting, to the banding, to the drilling and to the assembly. CNC and barcoding lets one program set up those machines. So when ...
