Saying they were victims of a "political war," attorneys for Play Ball Missoula asked a judge Tuesday to punish Fair Play Missoula for filing a frivolous lawsuit.

"They don't seem to have a basis for filing the lawsuit," Play Ball Missoula Director Gerald Mueller said Tuesday. "If they have one, they won't tell us what it is. This is attempting to hold them accountable for what they've done."
