A reasonable middle ground is starting to emerge
As quality professionals, we seem to enjoy discussion, even heated discussion at times. We also appear to enjoy controversy. Unfortunately, this tendency is not always to the advantage of our profession--oftentimes it is to our detriment. For instance, there has been a lot of talk about Six Sigma recently-with some pro and some con but it has not been possible to understand what these discussions are really about.
