Article: Mayor Daley unveils new housing ad program

Because every family deserves a chance to own a home, Mayor Daley recently unveiled his new series of ads program that promotes affordable home ownership.

Joining Daley at a press conference held at one of the new Bethel New Life, Inc. affordable model homes located at 240 N. Hamlin Ave., were Ald. Ed H. Smith (28th), Ald. Jesse D. Granato (1st) Gloria Gates, a homeowner, Mary Nelson, director of Bethel New Life, Norm Bobbins, chairman of the LaSalle Bank and Housing Comm. Jack Markowski.
