`Vagina Monologues' donates $50,000 to women's foundation

Although "The Vagina Monologues" showcases a specific body part, the Chicago production came just in time for Valentine's Day, contributing over $100,000 to the national V-Day Fund, with $50,000 distributed locally to the Chicago Foundation for Women.

Additionally, through the V-Day College Initiative, local colleges benefited. The production and proceeds were presented to the local women's non-profit organizations according to Rob Kolson, producer of the Chicago production.
