MANKIND IS PROPOSING to form a federation with like-minded organisations throughout the UK designed to lobby the Home Office and act as a pressure group.
It would be based on the following principles:
- A common set of objectives will have to be agreed upon. It is likely to be based on the seven point plan which advocates the equal treatment of all victims and the removal of gender politics from the equation.
It also presses for a Perpetrator Programme for males and females.
- Statistical information and training methods would be shared.
- Each organisation would continue to operate independently and seek individual funding whilst remaining part of the National Federation.
