Wesley Clark: I am really happy to be on the phone with you.
Frank: One of the first questions that I wanted to ask you actually comes from one of the tribal Chairmen in our area, President Charles Colombe, Rosebud Sioux Tribe. His question is: How would you work with large, land-based treaty tribes?
Wesley Clark: Well, we have to respect tribal sovereignty. We've signed formal, legal treaties with these tribes and they are entitled to full sovereignty as a nation and that's the way we will do it. We will promote good ...
