Article: Independent Black Film Festival gears up Atlanta

The Independent Black Film Festival has announced an exciting line-up of local, national and international films for the 2004 event! The festival will take place Jan. 19-24, in Atlanta, Ga. This grass-roots visual arts celebration will be a reflection of the dynamic `convergence' trend of urban content in various art forms.
