Article: State Attorney's response to criticism from law enforcement is disingenuous say critics

Palm Beach County State Attorney Barry Krischer is coming under increasing fire, this time from an article that ran in the Sunday, Nov. 16 edition of the Palm Beach Post: "Detectives contend state attorney's office stifles prosecution on low-profile murders."

In the 3-page scathing rebuke of the State attorney's office, a number of county sheriff's detectives are quoted as stating that they have serious questions regarding the State Attorney's "sliding scale of justice," that appears to be based more on how high-profile a case is rather than any sincere quest for justice.
