CTA awards printing contract to Owens

CTA President Frank Kruesi has confirmed that the CTA board has approved a contract with All Printing and Graphics Inc., owned by Hoyett Owens, an African American who is the largest Black printer in the nation.

"We've made a point of reaching out to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE). All Printing and Graphics has been approved to provide envelopes for two years for the CTA along with another company called Kopico," Kruesi said, in an interview with the Chicago Defender.
