Article: AFCEANs Receive Information Technology Honor

Vice Adm. Herbert A. Browne, USN (Ret.), president and chief executive officer of AFCEA International, was selected as a Federal 100 winner for 2004 along with several others from the AFCEA community. The Federal 100 Awards recognize individuals from the Washington, D.C., area who make a difference in the federal information technology field. The 2004 winners were honored at the Federal 100 Awards Gala held in March in McLean, Virginia.
