At the time of my first training in hypnosis, I pursued a broader understanding of hypnosis through the introductory books recommended and/or written by my early teachers. Many years later, 1 am reviewing the third edition of Michael Yapko's Trancework, originally published in 1984. It should perhaps be noted that I had not read either of the first two editions.
