Financial institutions, for decades straining to project an image of strength and stability, inviting the perception that flash and sizzle were the ploys of clothing stores and fast-food chains, are now moving rapidly to transform their image. Ironically, banks and credit unions arc adopting many eye-catching interior design techniques perpetually popular in other retail businesses.
