The Foothills Corporate Center is a twostory shell building located in the center of the 500-acre La Paloma planned community in Tucson, Arizona. It was the second phase of a two phase building development program.
Foothills Corporate Center is located on the southwest side of the intersection of Sunrise Road and Campo Abierto. The La Paloma golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus, is located immediately adjacent to the south side of the site, making this one of the most prominent locations for high quality office space in the area.
