In the past decades, the survival of young patients affected by several types of solid or heniatological malignancies has greatly improved. Most malignancies are treated by combined strategics which include aggressive chemotherapy combinations and/or radiotherapy. all this has resulted an important increase of patients that are cured for cancer but that suffer several long term side effects. One of the central long term conseguence reported by young women is premature , progressive and irreversible ovarian failure (Ataya 1989).
