Objective: To investigate the heterogeneity of clinical feature, etiology in patients with premature ovarian failure (POF). Methods:Two hundred forty five cases of POF were retrospectively analyzed, and 71 cases were contacted in fbllowed-up by phone or letter.The history, symptom, medical examination, laboratory and imaginatory examination, laparoscopy, bone mineral density, treatment and follow-up were described.
