South Florida has seen its share of big-name concerts recently. From the supertour of R&B's reigning queens, Beyoncé, Alicia Keyes and Missy Elliot, to pop-music mainstay, Prince. But flying under the radar of America's music entertainment scene is the business of gospel concert promotion.
While it may be relatively easy to sell out an auditorium with the likes of Beyoncé and Keyes headlining, it is quite another thing to promote a concert with such a niche group of followers as gospel. But it is possible, and can be successful.
