Five decades have passed since The Dells, as young singers, first embarked upon a career in the music industry. The quintet is still performing together, and on Friday, March 21, The Dells, which includes original members, Marvin Junior, Johnny Carter, Verne Allison, Michael McGill and Chuck Barksdale will be joined by The Emotions, Bloodstone, and Enchantment to celebrate the beginning of its Golden Jubilee tour at the Arie Crown Theatre in McCormick Place.
