Broward County Transit(BCT) is introducing an innovative pilot program to get commuters out of cars and onto county buses. The strategy: offer a free 31-Day bus pass to new employees or employees who transferred to a new work now until Dec. 31, 2004.
Employees in Broward County will be able to ride the bus to work for one month, for free. BCT wants employers to experience first-hand the benefits of riding public transportation to and from work.
