Professionals in the real estate industry are pressing their tuxes and gowns for one of the most anticipated networking events of the year: the Monmouth University Real Estate Institute's Leadership Excellence Award dinner. Each May, 400 to 500 real estate movers and shakers come together at the university's Woodrow Wilson Hall in West Long Branch to honor one of their own and schmooze. "It's a real who's who in real estate," says Tom Stackhouse, a Commerce Bank vice president and a member of this year's awards dinner planning committee.
