CHARLESTON - Just off the Leon Sullivan Exit of Interstates 64/77 in Charleston lies a piece of history - a brilliantly restored train station teaming with attractions for all seasons. It is Charleston's Capitol Market - an indoor-outdoor market that features a variety of specialty shops for the trendy consumer.
"It speaks for itself that we've had a lot of longevity in our specialty shops and each year we can see growth," said Tammy Borstnar, director of Capitol Market.
"It's a customer service-driven business," Borstnar said.
