Army Reserve Chief discusses Army transformation

This is a very exciting time for our Army." So began the talk by MG Thomas J. Plewes, chief, Army Reserve, to more than 60 industry representatives on 17 April. The early morning get-together was the tenth in a series of industry breakfasts with the Reserve component chiefs. The Reserve Officers Association sponsors the series, which is held at ROA national headquarters in Washington, D.C.
