One of the leasing industry's often overlooked sectors is growing in quiet and surprising ways.
They don't call it the secondary market for nothing. In the minds of most people familiar with the leasing industry, the sale or syndication of originated equipment leases that constitutes this market is often, well, secondary. That relative obscurity is cemented by a lack of available statistics. While hard data exist documenting the size and scope of the leasing industry in general and its various market sectors, very little empirical data exist on the secondary market for leases.
