Four years ago Angela Deleteris had never imagined that her small business would grow so deliciously. What started as small scale baking for a convenience store has grown to cheesecake preparation on a grand scale for restaurants from Binghamton to the Poconos.

Cheesecakes by Angela, in operation for nearly four years, began when Deleteris was employed in a convenience store in New Milford, Susquehanna County, and produced samples for the owner of the business to try.
