Marking the 10th Anniversary of the founding of the Fibonacci Sequence, an entire day was given over to the celebrations at St John's, Smith Square, on 8 November which proved to be extraordinarily successful. Proceedings opened at lpm with a most enterprising and excellently played programme: Mozart's Oboe Quartet, Arnold Bax's Elegiac Trio, An Evening in Georgia by Ippolitov-Ivanov, and Martinu's La Revue de Cuisine.
