Fed up with a sense of being unappreciated by the city in which they do business, the owners of Pastries Plus of Utah, a 150-employee cookie manufacturer, are moving operations from Salt Lake City to North Salt Lake.
The 11-year-old firm is leaving a handful of Salt Lake City buildings, including its headquarters at 1756 S. 700 W., in favor of an approximately 96,500 square foot facility at 160 N. 400 W., North Salt Lake. The move should be complete by the end of February.
