Once upon a decade ago, mission-critical data centers were largely the province of financial giants and large medical centers. The average company could rely on simpler, less expensive options for protecting critical operations. Today, with business being conducted at the speed of the Internet, customers are demanding - and receiving - 7Ã24 services, even from small e-commerce specialty shops.
