Dreams do come true

Every evening, millions of tired Americans return home from work to ask the same nagging question: What are we having for dinner tonight?

A number of increasingly popular businesses - including a new store in the Harrisburg area called Dream Dinners - are catering to busy consumers who want homecooked meals without the hassle of cooking after a busy workday.

Beth Murphy, a mother of two and part-time project manager at Tyco Electronics Corp., opened a Dream Dinners franchise in West Hanover Township, Dauphin County, earlier this month. Although she never worked in the food industry before, she is confident the business will attract women like her.
