Increasing Production Facilities

P.T. Nikawa Textile Industry (Nikawatex) now serves a role in the global operations of the Nisshinbo Group, clarifying its nature as a Nisshinbo Group firm. The parent company Nisshinbo Industries, Inc., is working to increase its coordination with PT. Gistex Nisshinbo Indonesia and Nikawatex, and to enhance their global operations.

Nikawatex has 31,680 spindles of spinning equipment and 182 air-jet looms. The company produces 1,700 bales of cotton yarn, and 1.9 million meters of cotton woven fabrics. Nisshinbo plans to move 49,000 spindles of spinning equipment from its factories in Japan (Harisaki, Notogawa and Fujieda) to ...
