Article: Commerce Secretary Evans Joins Ranks of Unemployed

This past November, Secretary of Commerce Don Evans tendered his resignation the same day as Attorney General John Ashcroft. Understandably, Ashcroft's departure overshadowed Evans' in the news, but the Secretary too deserves his due. Here's a quick review of the man's contribution:

Evans and the president have been friends for over three decades, and partners in crony capitalism for half that time.
