The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has not adequately considered the impact that its proposed rule for occupational exposure to hexavalent chromium will have on collision repairers, according to the Automotive Service Association (ASA).
"We just don't think they have a grasp of what this could do to a small business," says Bob Redding, ASA s representative in Washington, D.C.
