Kaiser Aluminum (Houston, TX) selected Granco Clark (Belding, MI) to upgrade the handling system of the 1800-ton press line at its plant in London, Ontario, Canada. This upgrade includes a puller and runout conveyor. According to Kaiser, this equipment represents the first stage of a multiyear plant to upgrade the entire line. Granco Clark also was chosen by Vistawall (Terrell, TX) to supply the heating and handling equipment for its new 2500/2750-ton extrusion press line in Midway, TN. All the equipment will be controlled by Granco Clark's SCSExtrude software system.
