Herb Boyd to Participate in Broward County's Premier Literary Event
In his latest book Pound for Pound, Amsterdam News reporter Herb Boyd takes readers on an exciting journey through the life of America's legendary boxer Sugar Ray Robinson. Now Boyd is part of the knockout schedule of Broward County's premier literary event of the season Literary Feast, which takes place on March 11-12.
Hailed by Muhammad Ali as "the king, the master, my idol," Robinson was the greatest boxer America had seen since Joe Louis and is considered by many today to be the best boxer the sport has ever known. Pound for pound was co-written with Robinson's son.
