American Health & Nutrition, Inc. based in Ann Arbor, Michigan has announced the availability of SOY-N-ERGY ISP 90, an organic soy protein isolate that possesses the functionality of traditional soy isolates (netlink: www.soy-n-ergy.com).

SOY-N-ERGY ISP 90 is produced from non-genetically modified (GM) soybeans using organically approved, environmentally friendly 'Green Technology' that avoids chemicals, including organic solvents such as hexane, normally employed in the preparation of soy protein isolates.
