"For me, a smart product is one that catches the customers' eyes when they walk through the door," says Karen Bothwell, owner of Truck Trends. "Whether it's the display, or the packaging, it grabs their attention. The product needs to be functional and attractive at the same time. I like easy installation, good instructions and tech support. If I can call someone up and get immediate help, they solve my problem, that is huge."
