Article: Miller defends himself against ethics charges

Ray Miller has been involved in the Ohio legislature, as an aide, a state representative and later as a state senator, for almost all the past 33 years. So there is little he has seen that surprised him.

And that includes the allegations of theft in office against him, sent to the Franklin County Prosecutor by Ohio Legislative Inspector General Tony W. Bledsoe.

"I'm disappointed that I'm being subjected to this," said Miller, D-Columbus.

This is the allegation that he used state workers on state time to assist in his private business.
