Music Making and Wellness for
Adults is an idea whose time has come. The wellness benefits of
making music are a compelling message to active adults. Research
has shown that group keyboard classes can be just the ticket to help adults keep well. I wanted to find out more about this twenty-first-century phenomenon.
This is my interview with Karl Bruhn, "Father" of the Music Making and Wellness Movement.
