Two of the state's premier men's and women's specialty clothing stores will join the ranks of retail tenants slated to open Nov. 1 in The Boyer Co.'s new downtown Salt Lake City project, Gateway.

D. Grant Ltd. and Bill Loya, purveyor of fine men's and women's clothing, respectively, are scheduled to open side-by-side Nov. 1 on Rio Grande Street as part of a grand opening ceremony at which 58 retail stores are set to be open and operating.

"They recruited what they felt was the best men's specialty store and best women's specialty store," D. Grant owner Dale Grant said of The Boyer Co.

Presently, both D. Grant and Bill Loya operate stores in the Foothill Village retail complex. While D. ...
