Brazil Aiming for 1st GTL Plant by 2011

London - Brazil has plenty of natural gas, a deficit of diesel, ultralow sulfur diesel (ULSD) mandates on the horizon, plus a healthy appetite for chemical-grade naphtha and high-quality lubes. All of which sounds like a good recipe for a gas-to-liquids (GTL) project.
