HARTWEU, GA.-A woman was arrested in Georgia for practicing veterinary medicine without a veterinary degree or license.
After working for more than a month as a licensed veterinarian in Georgia, it was discovered that Tonna Hitter had only a high school diploma and had never attended the university she claimed to have received a DVM from.
Ritter solicited a local newspaper to write an article about her veterinary services when she moved to town and began accumulating clients and working out of her flatbed truck as a mobile veterinarian.
