One man in every six will get prostate cancer during his lifetime. Cancer of the prostate is one of the most common types of cancer found in American men and the second leading cause of cancer death in men. It is estimated that this year in the United States nearly 250,000 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer and more than 30,000 men will die from this disease.
