AP GETS GITMO INFO THROUGH FOIA REQUEST

In response to a Freedom of Information Act request, the AP recently received 2,000 pages of information on detainees and proceedings at the U.S. military base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, the AP reported in Editor & Publisher on May 22.
