Stanley Muller has seen some of his designs become reality-One River Place condominium, One Shell Square, Chevron Place and the Louisiana Swamp Exhibit at the Audubon Zoo, all in New Orleans.
Whether his grandest design of all will ever get past the planning stage is another question.
For years Muller, a retired New Orleans architect, has been pushing his alternative to the Louisiana Airport Authority's (LAA's) proposed cargo airport near Donaldsonville, a project that's apparently undergoing due diligence by state economic development officials.
